“We hired Ben for our October 2024 Wedding at our home in Bristol, VT & he far exceeded our expectations. We provided him with a list of curated songs that really embodied us as people and as a couple & he took that, ran with it and added his own flair. The mixing from one song to the next – was next level and really kept the crowd going all night. He made every song worth looking forward to and not once was the dance floor empty from 7pm until we shut down the place at 11pm. We had people even after he finished, still in an awesome mood and wanted to keep dancing because of how good his set was. We had a predetermined song for the last song of the night, but we had a last minute request (approved by us) to follow it up, and he graciously complied and kept the party going for one more song. This really capped off the night on an awesome note with all of our family and friends. We had friends tell us they ran back inside from the fire pits because of it. We even curated the last hour and a half to solely “Pop Punk” hits, which was not only a big hit for the crowd but he was also super into it as well, really making for a great environment on the dance floor. Ben was the perfect DJ for our wedding and we can’t recommend him enough. He started with a really detailed survey in the months leading up to the weekend where we filled out all sorts of info not just on what sort of music we wanted for the wedding but also about our own personal musical journeys throughout our lives. I didn’t really know how much this would be put to use, but he ended up doing an amazing job of blending in a few songs here and there into the dancing set that touched on these different artists and genres from each of our lives and from our shared time together. On the day of, Ben was nothing but helpful, prompt, smooth, and fantastic. He set us up with mics for the ceremony, both lapel mics and a mic stand, and flawlessly managed the various inputs for a seamless sound throughout.
